Health Research Association of Communicable Diseases 2010 in Polar 2

Running With Naked Feet For Healthier And Faster

Researchers at Glasgow University, Scotland, found that runners who did not use an alias shoes tend to run bare feet resting on the toes or the middle of the foot. While runners who use running shoe rests on the heel.
