Human Brain Always Looking Over His Body Width

mirrorAlthough the reality was very thin, every woman must have looked in the mirror and then anxiously, “Do I look fat?”. Do not rush to say it Feminisme, because the human brain is the body's own see 69 percent wider than the actual size.

Quoted from the Telegraph, this phenomenon is revealed in research conducted by scientists at University College London. Believed, these findings can explain the causes of eating disorders like anorexia.

In that study, 18 volunteers were asked to invert the palm of his hand and then closed with a board. Then, from behind the boards that the volunteers were asked to estimate the location of 10 points and sections of the fingertips and then show it with the pointer.

The points shown were then compared with actual hand shapes and sizes. It turned out that these estimates form the size of 69 percent wider than the original. Similarly, long fingers, the volunteers estimated 27.9 percent on average shorter than the original.

Dr Matthew Longo who led the study said, estimating the error occurs in the subconscious and involve parts of the brain that perceives sizes. These sections make someone aware of the location of the body even with my eyes closed.

“Someone certainly recognize parts of his body, proved to be one of the volunteers did not recognize her own image even if made in various sizes. But in estimating the position, it does not apply,” Dr Longo.

This effect becomes very visible in women, who tend to be sensitive to body size in certain parts such as stomach and hips. Experts peyakini this is closely related to anorexia.

“We know that patients with anorexia nervousa also experience disturbances in body imaging. They may feel fat, even though the reality was very thin,” said Susan Ringwood from the Beat, a charity for anorexia.

Ringwood assess these findings could explain the conditions experienced by patients with anorexia are more rational. Feeling that her body is more fat is not simply a form of anxiety, but rather triggered by the natural perception in the brain.

Who Said Human Brain Just 10 Percent in Use?

brain-of-humanBaltimore, The human brain is very complex and is the source of all feelings, behaviors, experiences, and the warehouse of memory and consciousness. But is it true that humans only use 10 percent of his brain?

The brain is very mysterious, and an additional one other mystery is the assumption that humans only use 10 percent of his brain. And if everyone could use another 90 percent of the brain, maybe everyone can be a scientist and has the power telecinetic.

“Though an interesting idea,” 10 percent myth “is absolutely untrue, and very amusing,” said Barry Gordon, a neurologist at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine in Baltimore, as reported from Scientific of American.

According to Gordon, a myth derived from the concepts of people about his own brain. This group saw itself as a lack of evidence that gray matter (cortex of the brain that contains nerve cell bodies) is not maximally utilized.

This is a false assumption. It may be true, at certain moments in one's life, such as when to rest and relax only use only 10 percent of the brain. But this does not apply to other conditions.

“It turned out that we use almost every part of the brain, and most of the brain is active almost all the time. The brain represents three percent of body weight, and require 20 percent of the energy body,” added Gordon.

The average weight of the human brain about three pounds (1.3 kg) and consists of the cerebrum, cerebellum and brain stem.

If You Wanna Never Hurt When Stuck Rain, Walking or Running?

rainIn my Country Indonesia, Rain sometimes makes a headache because the air pressure is low. People will usually quick to avoid the rain with the hope that no ill. When trapped rain, which should be running as usual or running hard?

Body condition during the rainy season then it's usually easy to drop as much as possible not too wet if it was not fit.

Some diseases in the rainy season include dizziness, flu, dengue fever, diarrhea, vomiting, dysentery, intestinal worms. When body is wet, damp clothes that make a home causing mold and fungus on the skin like the groin, between toes, breast fold.

Presumably sprinted through the rain to run only safer than walking alone because the body will be more wet. Overview assuming it is true, because by running the rain will be much briefer. But running will make the blows that rain water does not only come from above, but also from the front so it is quite reasonable to run when the rain just makes it more moist.

Excerpted from the Gazette,  two scientists from North Carolina, Thomas Peterson and Trevor Wallis never do experiments about it. They do it in the Appalachian mountain region during rainstorms in the summer of 1996.
In the rain, Wallis ran as far as 100 yards in their office parking lot while Peterson was just walking. Both are wearing hats and clothing made from the same, such as cotton.

Once through the pouring rain, their clothes immediately weighed. Peterson turned out clothes for 40 percent more weight than wet by rain water that ran Wallis clothes quickly.

Tidaklah Mudah Berada di Puncak Kehidupan

Seperti menjadikan diri lebih baik atau menjadikan diri lebih buruk dari hari-harinya. Seperti yang disampaikan oleh Ibnu Jauzi bahwa dalam merubah diri menjadi lebih baik itu tidak mudah, mengangkat kaki dari jalan yang salah kepada jalan yang benar itu tidak semudah membalikkan telapak tangan, merubah diri dari kelalaian kepada suatu ketaatan itu sulit. Karena jalan yang kita tempuh itu penuh dengan hal-hal yang kita benci,banyak halangan duri-duri tajam yang membuat kita sakit. Akan tetapi, ketika selesai melakukannya kita akan merasakan lezatnya iman hidup dalam kebenaran yang Allah berikan kepada kita. dari kebiasaan keburukn menjadi suatu kebaikan

Perbanyak dia melatih jiwa agar tidak banyak komentar Lisan banyak diam Sesungguhnya lisan akan cenderung diam jika jiwa tidak bergejolak Dengan diam akan meraba keburukan bila telah teraba maka jiwa akan luluh dan hancur dan jiwa akan menyadari bahwa kita berada di jalan kehendak Alloh

Ingatkan jiwa dengan kekliruan2 satu persatu kenali akibat kekeliruan hingga sadar.

Lupakan sejenak ketaatan.

Sadari diri ketika buat dosa dan inagtakan kelalialaian itu hingga erngkau terus berada dalam mengingatnya. Lupakan ketatan yang telah hingga suara hati berteriak menangis. Jika tidak nangis kau harus cepat jauhkan diri dari semua yang menjadi tanmgga maksiat. Yakinkan pada diri kau tidak akan bertubat jika tidak bisa meningglkan apa yang menjadi tangga maksat

Lemahkan jiwa dengn lapar. Hancurkan jiwa dengan banyak puasa dan rasa lapar. Ia kan tunduk dengan menerima papun.

Perangi sikap menunda. Jika engkau keinginan menunda untuk kembvali kepad Allah ingatkan jiwa bahwa tidak ada ajal yang dapat diperkirakan. Ajal akan tiba akan tiba ketika kita belun kembali pada Allah dalam taubat

Cari teman jiwa yangf dapat memberi petunjuk

Ajari dzikir, teliti dari kecerobohan

Kelajatan munajat Pelajari ilmu pengetahuan

Kenali akhlak-akhlak sobat nabi

Kebiasaan akan kebaikan..
